🧰Tools & Technologies Used

🧠 Reflection: Designing for Impact Before Launch
This role taught me that strong instructional design does not always depend on post-launch data—especially in transitional environments where measurement infrastructure is not yet in place.
What I learned:
-
Design for scalability: Creating templates for over 100 courses ensured consistency and reduced future workload for faculty, even before launch metrics existed.
-
Technology adoption requires empathy: Faculty needed ongoing support, not just tools. My screencasts and one-on-one training made the transition less intimidating.
-
Leadership programs need vision: Although the leadership program was not launched before I left, I designed it with full implementation readiness—including rubrics, assessments, and stakeholder alignment.
