While studying at TC, I worked part-time as a programming instructor, teaching gamified programming courses to elementary school students in a private school in New York City. In my classes, I used a student-centered teaching approach, focusing not only on delivering knowledge but also on cultivating students' critical thinking skills.

 

After graduation，I once worked at RMC Research Corporation，where I was responsible for the research and design of professional learning opportunities that RMC offers to its clients, including Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education and the University of Massachusetts Boston.
